I think that my bildungsroman would be about me coming to college for the first and second year. This is because I didn’t do much for myself when I was in high school and my first year at college I did a lot on my own and then this year, my second year, I have done mostly everything on my own. I think that the story would be titled Becoming an Adult. I think that this story would be written in the novel form with me being narrator. The characters would be my family, my friends, and myself. My mom would be the protagonist and my guardian angel at the same time. This is because she would start a lot of fights with me because I was going stupid things that could end up screwing up my life, so she was starting fights but they were looking out for my best interests. My main conflict would be me trying to figure out how to do the right thing and not the wrong thing. The basic plot and setting would be my life as a teenager and my home in Pittsburgh. I would not copy any of the authors styles I would use my own style.
